Hordes: Field Test Mk. II
Privateer Press has released the field test rules for Hordes the same way they did for Warmachine. A beta test of the new rules available to the public by registering on their site.
The changes to the over all game mechanics are broad, with an attempt at streamlining some of the effects by implementing icons, and to make warbeasts not just a necessity but more viable in a competitive army.
The whole set of rules is worth a close inspection, which is helpful because this field test includes diagrams. Army stats are avilable too, so you can get started testing out the proposed new rules immediately!
Worldwake Pre-Release
Worldwake, the second expansion in the Zendikar block, joins standard format February 5th. Fun N Games will be holding a sealed pre-release January 30th and a release event February 6th.

Absolute Powerforce
Saturday February 6th, Fun N Games will host a Sneak Peek for Absolute Powerforce! Funny name? Maybe... Funny cards? Absolutely not! I'm no Yu-gi-oh expert, but just look at the guy on the pack cover! Can't be destroyed by card effects? Wipes defence position monsters when he attacks? For sure!
The event starts at 12pm and entry is $25. Be there, absolutely!
